A tulajdonos elmond\u00e1sa szerint aut\u00f3p\u00e1ly\u00e1n haladva, minden el\u0151jel n\u00e9lk\u00fcl meg\u00e1llt az aut\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kev\u00e9s kellemetlenebb, szitu\u00e1ci\u00f3 van, mikor a le\u00e1ll\u00f3 s\u00e1vban tehetetlen\u00fcl \u00e1llsz, <a><\/a>\u00e9s nem mozdul az aut\u00f3d. Ism\u00e9t aut\u00f3ment\u0151 k\u00f6vetkezett, de most m\u00e1r hozz\u00e1nk hozt\u00e1k alaposabb kivizsg\u00e1l\u00e1sra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1r m\u00e1snap neki tudtunk \u00e1llni a hiba felt\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1nak. Az egyb\u0151l szembe t\u0171nt, hogy az aut\u00f3t Ready-be t\u00e9ve, saj\u00e1t l\u00e1b\u00e1n \u00e1llt be a m\u0171helybe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elgondolkodtat\u00f3: a hiba el\u0151fordul\u00e1sa rapszodikus. Minden bizonnyal k\u00f6ze lehet az EV rendszer meleged\u00e9s\u00e9hez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Szok\u00e1s szerint, hibak\u00f3d olvas\u00e1ssal kezdt\u00fcnk, ami alapj\u00e1n az EV rendszert vez\u00e9rl\u0151 elektronika hib\u00e1ja okozza a zavart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az \u00e9l\u0151 adatok kiolvas\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l t\u00f6bb param\u00e9tert lehet g\u00f3rcs\u0151 al\u00e1 venni, \u00edgy sz\u0171k\u00edteni lehet a hiba hely\u00e9t, \u00e9s ok\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Nissan nem gondolta t\u00fal a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1stechnikai rendszer\u00e9t a Leaf-nek, kev\u00e9s konkr\u00e9t adat volt kinyerhet\u0151 az \u00e9l\u0151 adatfolyamb\u00f3l. A hibajelens\u00e9get, a hibak\u00f3dokat, \u00e9s a kev\u00e9s \u00e9l\u0151 adatot elemezve, arra a k\u00f6vetkeztet\u00e9sre jutottunk, hogy a rendszert vez\u00e9rl\u0151 inverter a hib\u00e1s, vagy a 3 f\u00e1zis\u00fa villanymotor egyik f\u00e1zis\u00e1ban van baj, ezt viszont m\u00e9r\u00e9sekkel is al\u00e1 kell t\u00e1masztani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Nissan a hajt\u00e1srendszer\u00e9t egy t\u00f6mbben oldotta meg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(fentr\u0151l lefel\u00e9):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inverter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OBC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Villanymotor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Bal oldalon) Hajt\u00f3m\u0171<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mind egym\u00e1s alatt-mellett helyezkednek el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges m\u00e9r\u00e9sek elv\u00e8gz\u00e9s\u00e9hez, sz\u00e9t kellett szedni a rendszert, hogy a legalul elhelyezked\u0151 villanymotort is meg tudjuk vizsg\u00e1lni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az inverter kiszerel\u00e9se ut\u00e1n fejre ford\u00edtva letett\u00fck a vizsg\u00e1l\u00f3asztalra. K\u00f6zben egyik koll\u00e9g\u00e1nk sz\u00f3lt, hogy kiesett valami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6ld\u00f6n megtal\u00e1ltuk, egy 68 mikrofarados kondenz\u00e1tor Aminek a ny\u00e1klapon volna a helye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagy\u00edt\u00f3val t\u00fczetesen \u00e1tvizsg\u00e1lva a ny\u00e1klapot, \u00e9szrevett\u00fck, hogy a k\u00f6z\u00e9ps\u0151 IGBT egyik kondenz\u00e1tora hi\u00e1nyzik. Amit a f\u00f6ld\u00f6n tal\u00e1ltunk, pont illett a hi\u00e1nyz\u00f3 r\u00e9szbe. A kondi l\u00e1bai le voltak szakadva, \u00edgy azt nem tudtuk visszaforrasztani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mivel t\u00f6bb hib\u00e1s inverter\u00fcnk van rakt\u00e1ron, (ami sokszor kincset \u00e9r) , term\u00e9szetesnek t\u0171nt, hogy onnan p\u00f3toljuk a hi\u00e1nyz\u00f3 seg\u00e9dkondenz\u00e1tort Siker\u00fclt beforrasztani a m\u00fcty\u00fcr alkatr\u00e9szt a rendszerbe, de miel\u0151tt visszaszerelt\u00fck az invertert a hely\u00e9re, le kellett ellen\u0151rizz\u00fck a villanymotor tekercseit. Mind z\u00e1rlat, mind ellen\u00e1ll\u00e1s, \u00e9s szigetel\u00e9s szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l j\u00f3nak min\u0151s\u00edtett\u00fck az alkatr\u00e9szt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elkezd\u0151dhetett az \u00f6sszeszerel\u00e9s, majd r\u00e9szben \u00f6sszeszerelt \u00e1llapotban, j\u00f6tt a f\u0151pr\u00f3ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volt ready, de a menetped\u00e1l lenyom\u00e1sakor \u00fajra ki\u00e1llt hib\u00e1ra a rendszer, amib\u0151l tudtuk, a kis kondenz\u00e1tor beforraszt\u00e1sa nem oldotta meg a probl\u00e9m\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az Inverternek nagyobb baja van. T\u00e1j\u00e9koztattuk az \u00fcgyfelet, hogy az inverternek komolyabb probl\u00e9m\u00e1ja van, amit majd elektrotechnikus tud megjav\u00edtani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az id\u0151 mind\u00edg komoly befoly\u00e1sol\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151, mikorra, \u00e9s mennyi\u00e9rt lesz megjav\u00edtva, vagy mikorra, \u00e9s mennyi\u00e9rt lesz bontott alkatr\u00e9sz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tulaj nem tudta n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zni az aut\u00f3t az egys\u00e9g alkatr\u00e9sz szint\u0171 jav\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ig, \u00edgy haszn\u00e1lt komplett inverter beszerel\u00e9se mellett d\u00f6nt\u00f6tt. A bontott alkatr\u00e9sz eset\u00e9ben \u00fajabb probl\u00e9m\u00e1val szembes\u00fcl\u00fcnk: az alkatr\u00e9sz alv\u00e1zsz\u00e1mmal k\u00f3dolt, \u00edgy meg kellett oldanunk az alv\u00e1zsz\u00e1m \u00f6sszef\u00e9rhetetlens\u00e9get is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beszerelt\u00fck a bontott Invertert, \u00e9s mi is k\u00edv\u00e1ncsiak voltunk az eredm\u00e9nyre: Volt Ready, \u00e9s a hajt\u00e1s is m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vide\u00f3t k\u00fcldt\u00fcnk a tulajdonosnak, hogy m\u0171k\u00f6dik az aut\u00f3ja, ez a reakci\u00f3 j\u00f6tt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAztaaa K\u2026.. va!!!! Nagyon nagy kir\u00e1lyok vagytok<img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4d\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tfc\/1\/16\/1f44d.png\">\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6z\u00f6s volt az \u00f6r\u00f6m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1sok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, j\u00f3 tanul\u00f3 p\u00e9nz lehet az itt szerzett tapasztalat, ha mindez a garanci\u00e1lis felt\u00e9telek mellett t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, a sok sz\u00e1zezer, vagy ak\u00e1r milli\u00f3 forintos k\u00f6lts\u00e9get, a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3nak kellett volna mag\u00e1ra v\u00e1llalnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sajnos komoly \u00f6sszegekbe ker\u00fclnek a hasonl\u00f3 alkatr\u00e9szek, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a vel\u00fck kapcsolatos munkad\u00edjak, ez\u00e9rt a post elej\u00e9n eml\u00edtett gy\u00e1ri garanci\u00e1ra, mindenki figyeljen oda. A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3k pl Kia Hyundai Nissan, szigoruan \u00fcgyelnek az \u00e1tvizsg\u00e1l\u00e1sok k\u00f6zti km vagy id\u0151tartam el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sokra, csak korl\u00e1tozott cs\u00fasz\u00e1st fogadnak el, az el\u0151\u00edrt szerviz peri\u00f3dushoz k\u00e9pest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aki nem rendelkezik m\u00e1r gy\u00e1ri garanci\u00e1val az\u00e9rt mert m\u00e1r lej\u00e1rt, vagy nem lettek teljes\u00edtve a garancia \u00e9rv\u00e9nyben tart\u00e1s\u00e1hoz el\u0151\u00edrt felt\u00e9telek, a Green Power Garage lehet a profi de k\u00f6lts\u00e9ghat\u00e9kony megold\u00e1s
